GYMNASTICS TEAMS

All Stars Gymnastics Team Program is an amazing way for kids ages 5 and up to enjoy the excitement of team sports, but in a more positively filled environment. These girls will learn either USAG Levels 2-5 Compulsory routines and Optional Levels 6 and above, or USAG XCEL Levels Bronze – Diamond. They will attend meets against other teams. Training regimens are expected at each level and the gymnasts are chosen by invite only. To make this team more fun and exciting, there will be team building events and get-togethers.​

GYMNASTICS MINI TEAM

All Stars Gymnastics Mini Team Program is an amazing way for kids ages 5 and up to enjoy the excitement of team sports, but in a more positively filled environment. This team is built for families who can’t commit to the time and financial responsibilities of our competitive team. They will learn routines based on a Bronze/Silver levels and compete them in house only.  They will learn so many new things about gymnastics and get their toes wet in the competition area of this sport. 

ELITE DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM

This fast track program will be rigorous and tough at times, but we promise to keep it fun and exciting.  The goal is for your child to continue to LOVE the sport of gymnastics while training in a small group setting, with Elite Gymnastics as the desired destination.  You can expect for your gymnast to work hard on presentation, shaping, proper progression of skills, strength training, and routines that will push them in the direction of elite level gymnastics.  With hard work and positive attitudes their success and potential are unending.
