GYMNASTICS TEAMSAll Stars Competitive Gymnastics Team Program is an amazing way for kids ages 5 and up to enjoy the excitement of team sports, in a positive yet competitive environment. These girls will compete in either XCEL or USAG competitive programs.

TUMBLING CLASSESTumbling classes are designed to work all tumbling skills from handstands and forward rolls to round offs, back tucks, and twisting. They will also work on general flexibility and strength. These tumbling skills will transfer into anything they choose to do in life.

CHEER TEAMSASU offers Competitive and Show Cheer Squads. Competitive cheer is designed to compete in the competitive cheer environment. Show Cheer is made just for those smiling kids ages 4-10 that want to cheer and not be pressured to do things beyond their years and abilities.

All Stars Gymnastics Team Programs are an amazing way for kids ages 6 and up to enjoy the excitement of team sports in a positive and nurturing environment. These girls will learn and compete USAG Levels 2-5 Compulsory routines as well as Optional Levels 6 and above once at that level. USAG Level 2-10 or XCEL Level Bronze – Diamond.
